Do you have trouble hearing from your phone's ear speaker? Does your charging cable no longer seem to go all the way into the charging port of your phone?
Often times these issues can be attributed to dust, dirt, pocket lint, and other small particles that build up in the speaker meshes and the charging port of your phone. With some simple household items, you could solve these kinds of issues yourself and not have to pay a repair technician to diagnose and fix it for you.
To clean the ear speaker mesh located at the top of your phone, I personally like to use 99% isopropyl alcohol and a q-tip. An alcohol wipe/pad can also be used. With your phone turned off, gently brush and scrub the top ear speaker mesh, and dry it before powering the device back on.
The charging port of iPhones can be easily cleaned with a set of tweezers, use them to dig out any dust or lint that have built up in the back of the charging port, but be careful not to put too much force on the port or the pins inside, or your might damage it.
